Delivery Costs

The delivery cost depends on the type and quantity of items in your order.

You can check the delivery costs of an order by:

• Selecting the Shopping Basket link in the top right corner of your screen.
• Confirming the items in your order by selecting the Checkout Now button.

The delivery cost is also listed in your Tax Invoice.

Special Delivery

Urgent orders are subject to availability and will be completed within 5 working days with a 25% surcharge applied.

International Orders

International orders are available. Additional postage costs will apply for overseas shipments.

Delivery Time

Our standard turnaround time for dispatching orders is 15 WORKING DAYS from the date of receiving your order.

• Working Days are Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
• Delivery timelines depend on your postal service. Within Australia, delivery is typically completed within two weeks.

For orders that cannot be processed, we will notify you via email the same day or within 2 working days if product availability is unclear.

We will provide updates on your order's progress, including information about items that are out of stock, within 2 working days.

After receiving the quote, you have the option to proceed or cancel the order.
