Shipping policy

Delivery Costs

The delivery cost depends on the type and quantity of items.

You can check the delivery costs of an order by:

Selecting the Shopping basket link in the top right corner of your screen.
Confirming the items in your order by selecting the Checkout Now button.

The delivery cost is also listed in the Tax Invoice.

Special Delivery

Urgent orders subject to availability and will be completed within 5 working days and a 25% surcharge will apply. Please contact staff before making a request for an urgent order.

International Orders

International orders are available. Additional postage for overseas orders.

Delivery Time

Our standard turnaround for despatch of copy orders is 15 WORKING DAYS from the date of receipt of your order.

Working days are Mondays - Fridays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery will depend on the schedule of your postal service. Within Australia, this is normally within two weeks.

For orders unable to be processed, we will respond to the customer by email that same day or within 2 working days if product availability is unsure.

We will report on the progress of an order, including information on publications which are out of stock. This will be done within 2 working days.

After receiving the quote, you have the option of either proceeding or cancelling the order.
